Users agree to provide accurate information and to update that information where reasonably necessary.
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and must not allow unauthorized persons to access their accounts.
Users may not impersonate another person, create accounts using intentionally misleading information, or access another user’s account without authorization.
03Service Requests
Submitting a service request through the Digicraft application does not automatically guarantee acceptance or commencement of a project.
Digicraft may review the request and contact the customer for additional information before issuing a proposal or beginning work.
Service availability may depend on project requirements, timelines, resources, pricing, and relevant technical or commercial considerations.
04Proposals, Quotations, and Revisions

Once a specific proposal or revision is accepted, the commercial details recorded for that accepted proposal will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The application may limit the number or type of commercial revision requests according to the relevant service and applicable commercial policy.
Requirements or changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation.

Customers represent that they own or have sufficient rights and permissions to provide Digicraft with any logos, images, text, trademarks, credentials, business information, content, or other materials supplied for use in a project.
09Project Timelines and Delays
