Delete your account

Request the permanent deletion of your Digicraft-SA account and its personal data. All we need is the email address registered with your account.

The email address you use to sign in to the Digicraft-SA app.

To protect your account, we’ll confirm the request with you by email before deleting anything.

You can also delete your account in the app:

  1. Profile
  2. Delete Account
  3. Verify your identity
  4. Confirm

What’s deleted

Following confirmation and identity verification, Digicraft will remove the user’s account and associated account-linked information where applicable, including profile information, service requests, associated proposals and revisions, support activity, account-related customer records, and user notifications.

What may be kept

Certain limited information may be retained where necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
