These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Digicraft application, website, and digital and professional services provided by Digicraft-SA ("Digicraft", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, using the application, submitting a service request, accepting a quotation, or continuing to use Digicraft services, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable laws and regulations.
1. Digicraft Services
Digicraft provides a range of digital, marketing, and professional services, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Website design and development.
- E-commerce solutions and store management.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Social media management.
- Advertising campaigns and digital marketing.
- UI/UX design.
- Visual identity and branding design.
- Influencer marketing.
- Other related digital and professional services.
The actual scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and specific terms of each project are determined through a quotation, proposal, service request, contract, or separate agreement with the client.
2. User Accounts
Certain Digicraft services may require creating a user account.
The user agrees to provide true, accurate information when creating an account and to keep it updated when necessary.
The user is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for preventing unauthorized persons from accessing the account.
Accounts must not be created using false identities or misleading information, impersonating another person, or attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
3. Service Requests
Submitting a service request via the Digicraft application does not automatically constitute acceptance of the project or commencement of execution by Digicraft.
The Digicraft team may review the request and contact the client for additional details before providing an offer or commencing work.
Service execution feasibility depends on project requirements, timeline, resources, costs, and agreed-upon technical and commercial terms.
4. Quotations and Modifications
Digicraft may offer initial quotes, custom proposals, packages, or commercial adjustments based on client requirements.
Prices or terms presented prior to final approval may be subject to adjustment or updates.
Upon acceptance of a specific quote or adjustment, the commercial details specified therein serve as the binding reference unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The application may allow a limited number of quote modification requests in accordance with the service type and active commercial policy.
Any adjustments or additions outside the agreed scope of work may require an additional quotation.
5. Instant Quotes
The app may feature an Instant Quote tool that calculates prices based on the package, services, add-ons, and options selected by the client.
Pricing is calculated based on current system rates at the time the quote is generated.
Additional requirements not included within the selected options or package may require manual review and an independent quote.
6. Offers and Discounts
Digicraft may offer promotions, discounts, or special pricing from time to time.
Promotions may be subject to validity periods, specific services, packages, or conditions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, multiple discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined for the same service.
Offers that have not yet been accepted may be modified or terminated in accordance with applicable rights and laws.
7. Payments
Pricing, payment methods, payment milestones, and commercial terms are specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, or agreement.
Service execution may not begin prior to receiving or confirming the required payment under the project terms.
Any refund, cancellation, or payment modification is subject to the project’s quote or agreement terms, alongside any mandatory rights prescribed under applicable law.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client commits to providing the necessary information, content, assets, approvals, feedback, and access credentials reasonably required to execute the service.
Delays on the client's part in delivering information or approvals may impact expected delivery schedules.
The client represents and warrants that they possess the legal rights to use and deliver any logos, images, text, trademarks, data, content, or account credentials provided to Digicraft.
9. Execution Timelines and Delays
Estimated execution timelines depend on project scope, client responsiveness, content availability, approvals, technical factors, and external dependencies.
Unless an explicit written agreement states otherwise, estimated timelines are considered estimates and may be affected by factors beyond Digicraft’s reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property
Digicraft retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, which may include software, systems, tools, templates, methodologies, processes, technical expertise, and components not created exclusively as project deliverables.
Ownership or usage rights for project deliverables are determined according to the quotation, contract, or agreement linked to that project.
The client retains ownership of materials they legally provide to Digicraft.
These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights except as explicitly agreed upon.
11. Acceptable Use
The Digicraft application or services must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Attempting to bypass security systems or access controls.
- Unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.
- Interfering with the technical infrastructure of the service.
- Injecting malicious software or code.
- Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Misusing services in a manner that damages Digicraft or other users.
12. Notifications and Electronic Communication
Digicraft may use email, in-app notifications, or available communication channels to send information regarding account activity, service requests, quotations, modifications, payments, projects, technical support, or security.
Information regarding Digicraft offers or services may be sent when permissible and appropriate.
13. Third-Party Services
Certain functions of Digicraft rely on third-party technical services, including cloud infrastructure, authentication, and database services.
Some app functionality may be impacted by the availability or performance of these third-party services outside Digicraft's direct control.
Use of external services may be subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers where applicable.
14. Application Availability, Maintenance, and Updates
Digicraft strives to maintain reliable access to the application and services, but continuous, error-free availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Digicraft may perform maintenance, updates, security enhancements, feature adjustments, or temporarily restrict certain services when reasonably necessary.
15. Account Suspension or Termination
Digicraft reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access for reasonable cause relating to fraud, misuse, illegal activity, material breach of these terms, or threats to system and user security.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, users may be notified regarding account status changes.
16. Account Deletion
Clients can permanently delete their Digicraft account via the Profile section inside the app:
Profile → Delete Account → Identity Verification → Final Confirmation
Permanent deletion removes the account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If the user cannot access the app, they can request account deletion by contacting:
Deletion requests should ideally include first name, last name, registered email address, and a clear request for permanent deletion of the account and associated data.
Digicraft may request identity verification prior to processing the deletion request.
Upon completion, Digicraft will send a confirmation email to the registered address notifying that account deletion is complete.
17. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by Digicraft’s Privacy Policy, accessible within the app and on the website:

18. No Guarantee of Specific Business Results
Digital marketing, advertising, SEO, social media, website, and e-commerce services depend on factors outside Digicraft's exclusive control, such as search engine algorithms, ad platforms, competition, market dynamics, user behavior, and third-party services.
Unless explicitly guaranteed within a written agreement, Digicraft does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic numbers, client volume, sales, revenue, or specific ad results.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digicraft shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, nor derogates from mandatory consumer rights under statutory law.
20. Conflict with Project Agreements
If a specific contract, quote, or written project agreement explicitly conflicts with these general terms, the terms of that specific project agreement shall prevail solely to the extent of the conflict.
All remaining provisions of these terms continue in full force unless agreed otherwise.
21. Amendments to Terms
Digicraft may update these terms as necessary to reflect changes in services, the app, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published along with the revised date.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of Digicraft services or these terms shall be settled by the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory local law dictates otherwise.
Nothing in these terms diminishes any mandatory statutory rights enjoyed by consumers under applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
